No change on the crazy part. love the pic of you and sis =) sweet. I don't think I'll see you tomorrow, hitting it hard here, wacko stuff of course, cardio then Attack...then flop!
SNBF starts at 7. Can you guys join me? it would be great to be able to go together! It's on 4/11 I think it will take us about 1 1/2 hrs. to get there.

Hey! As far as shows go...well…there’s one Oct. 3rd in Marietta? It’s the SNBF…I want to go check out one of their shows I think they have one next weekend…of course it’s Easter weekend on Sat. Thats' just wrong b/c you don't seem like you are struggling at all. We are all our own worse critics aren't we? How'd u do on your workout today?
I taught a super int. cardio class. I usualy burn up to 700....cannabalizing my muscle! what's a group fit instructor to do?
Are you still gonna compete on June 13? I hope so, I'll be routin' for you!
