Overall Goal: I'm lookin ahead to season 3. I'm officially hooked & can't imagine ever going back to a "normal" lifestyle. My goal is to maintain my size while fine tuning some muscle groups such as my triceps, abdominals, and quads:)

I like how you can change your body build through nutrition & training. It really comes down to whether you put in the proper work or not & it always shows:)

Goal (Long):
Well, I could care less about weight at this point. All that matters is being shredded:) I've been coming in at the same weight at my shows but my overall physique continues to change. I like my proprtions but would like to better develop the muscle groups. I get harder & harder with each contest & my main goal is to continue improving myself.
Lifting - Monday thru Friday (PM)
Day 1 - Back, Biceps
Day 2 - Chest, Triceps
Day 3 - Legs, Deltoids
Abdominals - every other day 15-25 rep range, circuit style (2-3 times) for 3-4 different exercises
