Right now I'm kind of spazzing out on all the machines at the gym, no rhyme or reason-just getting it done.

 

This is a good one I always come back to

Day One
Legs
Smith-Machine Squats 8-12 reps
Single Leg Extentions 8-12 reps
3 point Lunges 8-12 reps
Leg Curls 8-12 reps

Day Two
Chest
Flat Bench Press 8-12 reps
Incline Bench Press 8-12 reps
Flat DB Flyes 8-12 reps
Incline DB Press 8-12 reps

Day Three
Shoulders / Triceps
Barbell Shrugs 8-12 reps
DB Shoulder Press 8-10 reps
DB Rear Delts 8-10 reps
Tricep Dips 6-12 reps
Overhead Extentions 8-10 reps
Pushdowns 8-12 reps

Day Four
Back / Biceps
Wide Pull-ups 6-12 reps
Bent-over Rows 8-12 reps
V-bar Pulldowns in front 8-12 reps
21's Barbell Curls
DB Hammer Curls


Day Five
Overall
Flat Bench Press 15 Reps
Seated Rows 15 reps
Shoulder Press
Smith-Machine Squats 15 reps
Overhead DB extentions 15 reps
DB Curls 15 reps
Repeat 3 x

Each day involves 30-40 minute cardio sessions. Two minutes medium pace, 1 minute hard.
