Been training alot in the last couple of weeks for my black belt exam in taekwondo. The exam was pretty hard and I had to have 100% consentration for about 3 hours. Good thing I had done my cardio lately so I didn't loose my head. The Black belt is now mine.
I have not been to the gym...
