this is before i started to work out (sit-ups and push ups only) and all the muscle is looks i was fairly weak. Plus this pic has like the best lighting ever.
Ok so lately i have been working out alot more than normal, and also (lately) i have had a much worse temper than normal. I get angry over little things and sometimes hit things or people who are pissing me off. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
i lift 4-6 days a week depending upon if i have wrestling practice or not..and yes i take whey protien a couple of times a day along with glutamine twice a day including multivitamins and minerals
Usually around 5-6 days a week. Depends on my schedule. I train everybody part once a week, besides the laging muscles or the smaller ones in ex-abs, calves, and sometimes biceps or triceps.

oh, i was askin cause i know a few people that have moved down here from michagan but damn 2 weeks really isent enough time to catch up, you just gotta make the most of it and dont let it get akward...lol
O thats cool i love in manatee its right under, i love the beaches in our area always packed with hot girls, hopefully i can spend most my summer at the beaches
