Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to compete on a yearly basis in fitness competitions and from the beginning place in the top 10. I am trying to set up my Short Term Goals in monthly incrememnts so hopefully that will be a constant motivation for me instead of setting those goals 3 months out at a time. :-) I am restarting my p90X 10.18.09. Hopefully I can do better than I have been doing lately. Make sure to keep up on my blog as that will be starting again soon.

hang in there you can achieve anything you put your mind too. look at the kids tell them your goals and reach them. that lets them see how to reach there goals when they set theirs. i always write my goals down with a time frame and sometimes that is my motivation.
