Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to compete on a yearly basis in fitness competitions and from the beginning place in the top 10. I am trying to set up my Short Term Goals in monthly incrememnts so hopefully that will be a constant motivation for me instead of setting those goals 3 months out at a time. :-) I am restarting my p90X 4.20.09. Hopefully I can do better than I have been doing lately. I am going back to vegetarianism as well.....I have been slipping over the last 2-3 weeks. Make sure to keep up on my blog as that will be starting again soon.
