The first week is going to be the most difficult...I already know....because I still have a million other things on my plate. I just hope that proper planning will prove that this challenge can be overcomed. I dont have the recovery drink but I can live with that...even though that drink is SOOOO good!!!!
The plan is to have a several partners who I will not actually be working out along side but just be able talk to and stay on my case about doing the routines. P90X is extreme home fitness and that being reported on the website and infomercial is TRUE!!!! I am going to try my best this time to stay focused. I eat right as it is, I just dont eat enough....I dont drink in excess nor do any type of drugs....aside from my diet pills that keep me zooted. Hopefully the exercise can help me train my body to lose the evening crash that happens with or without the diet pills. I want to be sexy and I am sure that P90X is the way for me to get there. I just have to stay focused to complete the routines.
