My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

April 20th is day 1 for my new 90 days. I am beginning the P90X program again and I am really motivated today to do the best that I can to complete the program. I am going to do the fat loss aspect of the program which encompasses mostly cardio. The reason that I am starting with P90X again is that it is very effective....it was just hard for me before to keep it up for longer than 1 month. The results that I saw initially were amazing and I felt great and energetic.

The first week is going to be the most difficult...I already know....because I still have a million other things on my plate. I just hope that proper planning will prove that this challenge can be overcomed. I dont have the recovery drink but I can live with that...even though that drink is SOOOO good!!!!

The plan is to have a several partners who I will not actually be working out along side but just be able talk to and stay on my case about doing the routines. P90X is extreme home fitness and that being reported on the website and infomercial is TRUE!!!! I am going to try my best this time to stay focused. I eat right as it is, I just dont eat enough....I dont drink in excess nor do any type of drugs....aside from my diet pills that keep me zooted. Hopefully the exercise can help me train my body to lose the evening crash that happens with or without the diet pills. I want to be sexy and I am sure that P90X is the way for me to get there. I just have to stay focused to complete the routines.

My Motivation Program

Most of the motivation that I have right now is self motivation. It seems that I have not been able to count on anyone else to "keep tabs on me". I am willing to pay for a good trainer but I am not willing to sacrifice a car note to do it. Looking in the mirror...talking pics...recording videos on my youtube site.....it all helps me see exactly where I am and where I dont want to be.

  • From 10 to 8? Thats movin the wrong direction. Kick back and enjoy today but you gotta get started on that P90X 2maro and stay consistent. Aruba is fastly approaching. One pieces or two pieces with cover-ups or shorts will not be an option. Two pieces ONLY! Get on P90X and GET THAT MONEY! :)
