Everytime i see somebody big and strong, i want to be that person. So now im going to.
Why I Love It:
I love the changes in physique and the mental boost it gives knowing that you can commit yourself to something.

Looking at those gym shots think you can forget the word "SCRAWNY" from now on. Broad shouldersm solid work on delts, arms and forearms. Good chest on the way and good lats. Should be quite a successful wrestling season next year. Andre
