Got tired of being big in high school and wanted to start lifting. Now I have this goal of weighing 185 and being totally lean or weighing 225 and be stacked. Right now Im in the middle.
Why I Love It:
It is something I can do for me! I love seeing results and feeling empowered after a lifting session.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thats not a problem. That guy in the mirror helps out as well though.
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to see my muscles and then watch them grow.

I don't know if others think this way but to me its a personal revelation on moods in the gym.
After seeing growth and results I like to think I have some knowledge of diets and working out. Granted, I don't have a certification, I do have 4 years of avid lifting experience. I started off...
Looks like you're on your way to 225 and stacked. Great looking arms with the BIG biceps, solid shoulders, thick chest and great abs. A bit of work on lats BUT well on your way to one impressive physique. Andre
Thanks for the advice, man. I'm actually doing cardio and calesthenics, because it's what the special forces guys I talked to recommend, but after a few months I might mix it up a little. I tend to get bored with a workout after a while anyway. By the way, are you SURE you used to be fat? THAT certainly gives me some motivation...
Great job on the training so far. Lifting stats don't lie. Solid work on traps, big arms, getting the thick chest and wide upper lats and solid abs. Continued success. Andre
