First blog in ages,well ,my training is going really well and gettn bigger and stronger every week,seem to be improving loads on deadlifts!!!did tri's and bi's last night they still feel pumped now.Jst ordered a 5lb tub of whey maxx by pvl as i have run out of protein,also bought a vest feel...
