Desire to feel better, have more energy and generally be stronger.
Why I Love It:
Increased stamina, energy and self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I'm doing the right thing for my body. I've also started studying for the ACSM certification. I'm planning on doing physical training part time in the near future.
BB Accomplishments:
Too early yet to say.....but am steadily increasing weight lifted.
Decided to go ahead and end my cut. I didn't get down to showing the 6 pack.....but feel I need to concentrate on building muscle so the next cut will have more to show off. Posted pics of where I'm at now. Feel free to comment! And if anyone is in the West Houston area and needs a...
we were fine. lost power for 5 days, but we had a generator :) you're in katy, right? it wasn't bad there, was it? i lost all of my trees in my yard!! lots of 100 year old trees were knocked over all over my neighborhood. all in all, i'd say i was lucky and just fine. most people i know went almost 2 weeks without power (or generator) crazy!!!
Thanks. All is welll busy but well. Vacation? Hmmm. I have a week left and I am taking two days to go to a wedding in Arkansas next week. I think I will use the last three Thanksgiving week so I can take the entire week off and just relax at home.

Really...I love deadlifts!! They do make ya sore tho. I also do a variation using dumbbells and only standing on one leg - other leg is out straight and behind me. Its good balance training.
That would be a shame to put urself thru that torture lol. Just look at both! I am thinking if u have the rum you say ur going to have u will be looking at.....hmmmm tough call hahaha
