How I Started:
Well since an early age Ive always been interested in BB, muscle and so forth. From about the age of 11 Ive wanted to do weight training but I got told not to train until my body has grown and developed etc. I then first started to train at the age of 17. Though It wasnt very often and I didnt really know what exercises were best and so on. I enjoyed it though and decided that when Im able enough to train seriously I will start a gym membership and workout as much as possible. This is what I am currently doing and have been now since mid May 08.
Why I Love It:
BodyBuilding is somthing that is loved for many reasons, I love working out because it makes me feel a great sence of accomplishment. Knowing that the sweat pain and effort will all pay off in weeks, months and years time makes it all worth it. Bodybuilding is a healthy way of life and has created me into a better person.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated just by my own ambitions. I tell myself that if I want to look great I HAVE TO WORK FOR IT. That works for me really.
BB Accomplishments:
Well I always thought to myself how great it'd be to bench 100kg + which is somthing possible for me so thats one of my accomplishments!

Goal (Long):
I would like to reach my genetic max in terms of muscle growth size and so forth, upon doing so I would like to have also entered a few competitions as well, winning some would be great. I want to be the guy that looks awsome with his top on or off. Bodybuilding is now a real serious part of my life and I would never leave her. I love to train and I love the results I want to reach over 260lb of pure muscle I want to be remembered!

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Make sure that you get a decent workout plan made and learn how to train concerning form and how much weight to use depending on what muscle groups... What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
As with most people not working out with proper form or exercises. I didnt really realise how important keeping a good diet was too, so those two factors really.

Today I worked chest mainly I couldnt really train fully with the condition Im in, low sleep and have an appointment tomorrow with Neal Cranwell - He's going to give me some pointers and so forth so I can really get on the right track when concerning BodyBuilding. I want to have the best...
