Straight On Straight On
After one workout, this is my base. THAT is what I'm starting with. Flexing everything pretty hard.
Exactly one year of progress. Not what I'd hoped, but I learned a lot. This next year will be more dedicated and executed with much more excellence.

Gaining weight, but also lots of strength. Starting to cut today because I hate that all dimensions of my body got bigger - including the hips and waist. This is coming up on five months of training, flexing hard. I'm getting really serious today. Beast mode.
