I got tired of being abnormally weak, so I started working out.
Why I Love It:
Sweat. Feeling the pain of pushing through another rep in perfect form. Hearing yourself breath as you contract your muscle through the pain and desire to quit. Feeling the skin splitting pump when the weight goes down. Hitting more weight next time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gains. Hearing people comment on your physique. Watching yourself grow. Hitting more weight the next time.
BB Accomplishments:
We'll see.
(Because I can't find a better place to put it: my measurements are relaxed and cold, and my maxes are with strict form.)

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
It's never to late to get started. Compare yourself only to yourself, never anyone around you. There is always someone better. Don't dwell on it.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I really try and talk myself up, see myself where I want to be, and just be hardcore about it.
