Well. What can I say. I know I can do. Now I have the funds to support my fitness goals. Failure is not an option for me, I am fully committed to the task ahead of me and will not rest until I achieve what I set out to do. i'll upload some progress pictures. I'm projecting that I gain about 2.5-3 pounds a month maybe more.
He is just a good guy. He has watched some of my progress from the beginning. Though he has not seen me somehow he made me push it to the limit. Which I think; speaks volumes.
Thanks man. And 185 is a good goal for 5'10. I would like to get to 195-200 with about 7 or 8 percent body fat. The 200 goal will be the one I have to put the most effort into.
I dont exactly have a setup routine.
I always do lat pulldowns, bb rows ( diff variations ) machine rows cable rows back extensions.
4 - 5 sets of each 1 warmup 1 cooldown
Hi Sweetie, Could you assist me with a problem I am having? One problem I have noticed is when I am on the treadmill, my shins (lower front part of the leg below the knee) I am not sure of the correct name for it, but it hurts me like hell when I am jogging on the treadmill. Could you recommend a couple of stretches that would help with that issue?
