Always liked to "shape" my body, i love to work out. Most of my pals are in good shape so it motivated me to get bigger and stronger then they were. :)
Why I Love It:
I get a real kick out of a good work- out, i love the adrenalin rush, and i like to see progress.
How I Stay Motivated:
Famous people around the world that are in really good shape motivates me like hell, i know i have it in me to become a good, healthy fit human being.
BB Accomplishments:
I have reached all my current goals, and have set new ones along the way. I have just turned 18 and i think i'm doing well for my age. There are no competitions locally within bodybuilding, so i stick to the training for my own sake.

Goal (Long):
I was the fat kid who no matter how hard he tried never lost any weight. I started to grow taller and my training started to have effect. I have been lifting weights for almost 3 years, but never before have i wanted to be as strong as i do now.
I want to be able to squat 200 kg and do a 100 kg bicep curl max lift within 6 months. To be able to take advantage of my full potencial.
Short: I want to be the big guy people know not to f**k with.

I want to GAIN 3 kg

I'm not a very tall guy, 178 cm, i'm 18 years old and 87 kg. This bringes my BMI up to about 27. And thats about three points to many, so technically i'm overweight. I dont feel, and dont think i look overweight.
What can i do to get my BMI down to a "healthy" level? (between 18 and 24/5...
