I got started and into training cause i youse to be very FAT weighing 140kg's of pure FAT, i was fed up and decided to change my body and my life completely, i was also helped and guided by a very good South African Springbok bodybuilder Peter Comitis
he tought me everything i know today
i took me a good 4 - 5 years to really see good resluts, i takes time nothing comes over night, especially when you go the natural root
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, and look good
and i enjoy the feeling of training, th pump, the look and everything about it, its my life, my sport, hobbie and passion
its something i will endure for life
How I Stay Motivated:
by keeping on seeing improvements on my physique and also looking at magazines and books, i also look at pictures of my favorite bodybuilders like Kevin Levrone, Arnold and Mark Dugdale hoping one day i can achieve that look
BB Accomplishments:
Losing over 45 kg's of FAT
Increasing my lean muscle tissue sitting at 8% body FAT at 93kg's
Becoming one of the top 12 out of 3000 competitiors in the USN Body and Lifestyle Challenege
Having to Work with Met-Rx and bringing Dexter Jackson to SA
My Biggest Accomplishment is to say i became very good freinds with DAVE PALUMBo OWNER of SPECIES NUTRITION and to me the MOST KNOWLEDGABLE BODYBUILIDNG GURU who has touched this planet!! he is the one in the past year and half that has transformed my body from ZERO to HEROE!! i give all credit and gratitude to him!! HIS IS A TRUE FREIND, MENTOR and MOST HONEST, KIND PERSON i have ever MET--- THANK YOU JUMBO PALUMBO!!

This Photo was taken 4 years ago, when i had still lost some weight of being 140 kg's of pure FAT, this was still good compared to what i looked like even way back, i was weighing 121kg's here with 28% body FAT, after this i met Peter my coach/mentor and helped me with my transformation and...

Goal (Long):
I just want to improve as time goes by and just look the best to my ability i know i train very hard and when im in the gym i give everything i have sweat blood & guts,
i want to make bodybuilding apart of my life where i can endure for ever and look the best i can achieve, i want to still enjoy life while still maintaining a good body and keep my life simple and balanced, My main goal is just to keep improving as time goes by day by day
i also want to achieve a natural old school type physique, that looks more asthetical and well balanced, i also want to reach true muscle maturity and qaulity whcih takes time, hard work, dedictaion, commitment, patience and persistance which for me = ENDURANCE
i always try and stay focused and positive cause those 2 are very important
MON - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Abs
TUE - Back/Biceps/Legs/Calves
WEN - REST or Cardio Day
THU - Repeat MON different exercises though
FRI - Repeat TUE different execisess though
Sat - REST
Sun - Soccer cardio day
