I want to increase my gains but stay lean. But but keep my body in proportion with each body part. Any advise is welcomed...
Goal (Long):
I my ideal weight would be to gain about 20 lbs but stay lean, that would put me around 235. My goal is to be cut year round... I don't want to go through the so to speak bulking phase. I play lots of sports being and staying reactive, quick and not so called bodybuilder stiff is important to me. Again any advise is more than welcome.
