I was fat growing up and hated it. Always had a small vendetta to improve myself because of it.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results of hard work and effort. I love to train people also.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself that i'm not even close to reaching my full potential. My greatest motivation in training is Reg Park. I only wish i had the geneitc potential he had. As much as he accomplished as a true natural bodybuilder is astonishing.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet, 2 more years i plan to change that
Forum Signature:
I hate steroids and most supplemets..stick to the basics and train hard.
Adapt and Overcome
?Greatness lies not in being strong but in the right using of strength, and strength is not used rightly when it only serves to carry a man above his fellows for his own solitary glory. He is greatest whose strength carries up the most hearts by the attraction of his own."
Strength does not come through winning. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.
To develop a powerful, strong physique that outshines the chemical trainers. Drug Free for life
Goal (Long):
I have a vendetta against supplements.( by this i mean anabolic sups, not creatine or protien ect..) I have no beef against people who use them, I do not condone their use, But I just need to prove to myself that I don't need to use them to get me into shape. So far so good. in 5 years I intend to make my dent in this sport.
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?

I have seen people doing good mornings with 100+lbs rolling on the top section of their neck, bouncing heavy weights off there chest etc. Any time a person will try doing a exercise that they don't know how to do properly are at risk of hurting themselves somehow. They can all be dangerous. I took some cold relaxed measurements this morning to record for later progress updates and and disapointed by my loss in #'s but then I remembered how much weight I have actualy lost and how far I have come since 4 years ago. as a total I am down nearly 70lbs and am leaner than I have...

Welcome and certainly agree. All that hard work and results deserve better pics to show off the muscle and definition. BTW maybe even less than 5 years to start that dent in this sport. Andre
