I love doing bi's because I am so weak there.. I like seeing the improvements even if they are small. I used to have a really hard time doing any reps and now I can add and lower weights without looking like too big of a puss... lol! What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Gosh a pretty strict one at the moment... High protein, Med Carb and low in Saturated Fats.
