How I Started:
I have been an active person all my life! I was on competition dance teams all through Elementary, Jr. High and High School! I was going to college to be a dance major and have taken a break to figure out what I want in my life. I still love dancing, but it wasn't working as a major! I moved back home to Idaho and got my job here at bbcom! I have loved it from the moment I started! Everyone here is so awesome! When I first started here it was really my customer service trainer Matt that inspired me to start in the gym! I hope that I can inspire our customers to make healthy changes and to get out and really challenge themselves everyday!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me look and feel amazing!! Sometimes it takes a little motivation for me to get up and go, but after it was all worth it!!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I look in the mirror and actually see progress in the way I look! I also love getting up in the morning feeling like I am the best me I can possibly be! I also love going to the beach when I visit my friends in Cali... and I wanna have the best body on the beach!

I love doing bi's because I am so weak there.. I like seeing the improvements even if they are small. I used to have a really hard time doing any reps and now I can add and lower weights without looking like too big of a puss... lol! What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Gosh a pretty strict one at the moment... High protein, Med Carb and low in Saturated Fats.
