It made my job easier. A lot of my co-workers were strength training and it drew my interest.
Why I Love It:
Strength Training keeps the body lean, free of disease, and working optimally so you are more able to do all the things you love to do in your life. If I don't work out, I don't feel alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Over the years I've researched and refined my workout to the point where it perfectly suits my body, is balanced, and protects me from injuries. I simply enjoy each and every workout.

Complete 5 consecutive shoulder-width grip pullups by October 2009. I am slowly mastering this movement. I've been working on pullups for a long time and decided to master shoulder-width first before advancing to wide-grip . Using Robert dos Remedios' Power Training program, I will accomplish this.
She has come a long way in the past 5 years, judging by her progress pics. She is very fit without looking masculine, as do some other women in BodySpace; they take it too far. But Dana knows just where to draw the line in her training so she still looks feminine and sexy. She is the paradigm of what a fit woman should look like. Keep it up, D, you're doing great.
