Good Mornings and Glute Ham Raises (if your gym has a GHR machine). Check out www.elitefts.com for more info, it's a really good site if you want to get stronger. Box squats will improve your explosiveness too. There was a time when I did them religiously and I could pop 500 off the floor like it was warm up. Power cleans will point out your weaknesses too, so give them a test.

thanks for the nice comment! The deadlift is yours if you want it... sounds like you are just getting into it, that's all. I'll check back on your progress... in the mean time, make sure to do GMs and GHRs to help both your squat and dead. Good luck! Peter p.s. and that's some crazy shoulder strength you have!! something of which I have none, LOL ;)

Great profile pic!! You are massive at 17... you will be a beast one day if you want. Where did you get the t-shirt your wearing? I like the shape. Keep it up!

hey sorry for the slow reply... I was away on vacation. Tribulus made no noticeable difference to me. I won't bother taking it anymore.

Thanks for the comment! Hmmm... well first of all I've always been bulking and kinda just naturally cut. I've been deadlifting for years. I've never done shrugs. All I really do is heavy deadlifting and heavy pullups. You've got a big deadlift so I'm sure it's a matter of cutting a little. You'll get there!!

Ah you did that Jamie Eason video I saw a while back... she is amazing and an inspiration that keeps me working hard. Way to go on the 100lbs DB curls!! I handle half that! LOL.. great job accomplishing some big lifts and good luck with the new ones!! Peter

Bermuda is quite conservative, so no real topless beaches. I'm a computer engineer working as a programmer in the reinsurance industry here. There is no income tax here, so that's why we have lots of insurance/reinsurance here. Man it sucks about the Penguins... I was really going for Crosby.

Try board presses to get your bench moving. It's the only thing that really helped me. Go 4 boards one week, than take a board off each week and restart. It'll work I promise!! Good luck!

Looking great! I'm definitely seeing the progress in your pics! Stiff-legged deadlifts really are the best for hamstrings imo, that and good morning, maybe some glute-ham raises if your gym has a GHR machine. Keep it up Bethany!

thanks for comment!! Stick to squats and deads and you're sure to pack on mass... along with eating a lot!! I was 126 lbs in university at 6'0" and that's how I added my mass... and I'm still cut, LOL.. and I don't care to be cut, I just want to be bigger. Anyways keep it up and I'll check back on you.
