When I Started:
1996
How I Started:
I was 6'0 and 126 lbs and was tired of being called skinny. I went straight to squats and deadlifts in my basement to add mass fast and that took me to powerlifting...
Why I Love It:
The change on the outside is only a small reflection of the change that happens on the inside. It does wonders for my attitude, lifestyle, and health.
How I Stay Motivated:
I surround myself with the right people and use the wrong people who mistreat themselves as reminders of how I DON'T want to be like. And this site is great for keeping me motivated too!
BB Accomplishments:
Added up to 60 lbs on my frame since starting going from 126lbs to 186lbs.

I get it, okay. May be trying some of those, although the glue hamstring raise I'm not to sure about, on thing I've been doing is stdl's I love how these work everything back side, I've really gained on them this year. Box squats I've never done and I see the value when it comes to deads, certianly worth trying...

GM's and GHR's??? Not sure what those are. Yes, I started doing deads this year, never really trained them before. Also a first for this year was doing squats ATG. Knees are getting stretch but I know I'll be stronger in the end.

Another Day, a new muscle to punish. Another workout, new movements to perform. New challenges to overcome, new goals to accomplish. The only constant is the iron. 200lbs is always 200lbs. Train Hard

Thanks for the advice, Pete. After last night I'd started to consider boards. I've always heard they were good for sticking points. I'm going to get some made up this weekend for next Wednesday's ME day.
