My whole life I was the little fat and now I finally am old enough to work out and go to the gym, and decide what I want to eat. I work out every day two times a day. I eat really clean. Take my vitamins and sleep good. It time to get serious and get massive. I WANT TO BE AN ANIMAL

Todays work out was a big combo. I missed the gym on monday, i was very upset,but i had to see my cancer doctor. My lift today was 4 motions of chest, 5 motions of delts, 3 motions of triceps, 4 motions of back, 3 motions of biceps, 2 motions of traps. tomorrow ill do all legs and get back...

Hey, actually just make that like 5 pounds...I only want to look a little more healthy but lean ya know. I am 5'5 105 now...and I should be about 110 I think. THANKS so much for your help!! I workout 5 days a week and I am not allergic to anything!
