Hmm.. I wonder if I should go harder on weights? I do about 45 min of weights, and then 45 cardio.. I always push myself, and see if i can increase the amt of weight I'm lifting, sometimes i cant believe how weak I am! lol. When i do the leg lifts for hamstrings and glutes, I can only do like 25 lbs. Its sad.. lol..

Well i lost 3 lbs in my 1st week, but I havent seen any difference in my body. I just have to be patient. I even increased my cardio to 1 hr instead of 30 min, and I increased the incline to 3.0-3.5 on the treadmill for a good burn. So I'm hoping to see results soon.

Thanks. He tells me to be patient, but cant follow his own advice. LOL. I did recommend the EC stack to him though. Thanks again for your advice!

Hows the Lipo6 working this time? I was thinking of trying it out to lose some fat and really jumpstart my results.

Yes, he is 26, 5'10 & about 244 lbs. I know he is about to start a Gaspari stack soon, and progenex growth protein. He has been working out for about 3 months with little to no results in the abs.

Great progress. I was wondering how you cut the fat from your mid section and chiseled the abs? I have a friend who is seeing progress in all areas except the tummy. Should he try a fat burner? What do you suggest?
