We are setting goals together and achieving them together. So its great to have that encouragement from someone who cares about you.
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Review: This only last a week in my stack, I HATED the taste. It was clumpy and didnt mix well in water...

Hey girl... I hardly do cardo... I work at a gym and my trainer has be do more weight training and more reps for the burn. So I start out with 5 or 10 min cardo warm up and weight train.

It's going to take longer than three months. Like I stated before, the best stack is the ephedrine/caffeine stack.

If your friend is a male, that is the last place we see progress. I took almost a year until I was able to see my abdominal muscles.
The only fat burner I would suggest taking is a EC stack. EC stands for ephedrine/caffeine. This stack has been proven to work.
