Hey girl... I hardly do cardo... I work at a gym and my trainer has be do more weight training and more reps for the burn. So I start out with 5 or 10 min cardo warm up and weight train.

It's going to take longer than three months. Like I stated before, the best stack is the ephedrine/caffeine stack.

If your friend is a male, that is the last place we see progress. I took almost a year until I was able to see my abdominal muscles. The only fat burner I would suggest taking is a EC stack. EC stands for ephedrine/caffeine. This stack has been proven to work.
