Things are going good. I got really busy with stuff lately so my training got off track, but it's a new day today and going to get back to it since things have calmed down. Glad to see you are still hanging in there.
Hey Sis, 91 lbs down is incredible! You're an inspiration for so many of us with 100 lbs or more to lose. Keep up the great work. Also, yes the 20 lb loss you're thinking of, is when I went from 265 lbs to 245 lbs just from eliminating processed foods. So you know how much I had to have been eating. One day I'll post photos of me at my worst, and you will see the difference. I'm still a little shy about those, because it was downright UGLY. lol T
Hey Sis, if you look closely, the starting line is at 245 lbs, not 250 lbs, so I've lost 11 lbs since August 6th, but only 2% fat, so there aren't any visible changes yet. I hope to see a difference in another four weeks. I'm rooting for you also Amy!! I've heard the final 10-20 lbs is very difficult to get rid of, so I know you're working hard over there. thanks for the tip, they sound good for one of those hot days. check back in a month or so and I'll post some pics. I've also been cheating a little bit and trying a couple reduced fat/calorie ice creams. I've found the Dryer's Light, no sugar added is great! and it only has 110 calories per serving vs. the Ben and Jerry's light with 200 calories per serving. The only problem is that I am reckless with ice cream, LOL
The first few weeks are going well. I'm just adjusting to a more active lifestyle, and the training helps my energy level. I also plan to order a new weight bench, because I need a wider seat for my lower body. Hopefully, this time next year I won't have these problems. lol
Im just now getting back to the gym, I had hurt my back but now Im baaack lol -I missed it alot. I cant wait to break through and get into the '60's"....almost there :)
