I joined a gym 5 years ago, starting out with cardio and light weights. But this year I completely changed the way I train - heavy weights and no cardio! Research about training and watching tons of videos and reading articles for techniques really helped me to improve my training & diet. Because of this I've seen huge improvements in strength and overall body composition.
Why I Love It:
Couldn't live without it! It means everything to me. If you're not focused on improving and maintaining your health and fitness, you're not truly living. Bodybuilding is empowering, motivating, it takes a lot of discipline and just plain hard work. I love the results it brings and will never give it up!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching and reading about top competitors and hard working fitness athletes, like Ava Cowan. I'm always online checking out the latest videos, articles, and contests about bodybuilding. I saw the 2009 INBA Queensland Natural Physique Titles, and the 2009 Natural Olympia on the Gold Coast - both were very motivating!
