How I Started:
After having my son I hit a rock bottom weight of over 200lbs. I was always chubby but felt this was absolutely rediculous.
Why I Love It:
I feel better! When I work out it helps my whole LIFE. I am better to be around, my mood is better, I am happier, I LOOK BETTER!!! I'm just better.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's incredibly hard for me to stay motivated sometimes... Just get on a roll
