How I Started:
After the birth of my son in 2006 I lost all my baby weight right away. Then staying home with him, I just ate and ate, gained about 15 pounds and had a really weak back from pregnancy. I decided to strengthen my body so I can better care for my family and myself.
Why I Love It:
It gives me alone time to do something for myself and it makes me feel good and strong. Oh yeah, and the looking better thing helps too!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I'm feeling lazy, I remember how I felt before I started exercising. I was always tired, had back problems, and didn't feel good about myself.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 18 pounds, 6 inches off my waist and have way more tone than I did a year ago. Not to mention that my back is stronger than ever.
