Overall Goal: OK I will gain 20 lbs by the end on July 2009. I will focus on calves, quads, traps and pecs. These four have lagged greatly.

I don't overtrain...workout three times a week, then only twice the next...repeat. Looking in the mirror heps.

cheers my back workout is always heavy i just do lat pull down , bar pull up , shrugs , and end with a row and its always as heavy as i can go each time i do back i go heavier then last time even if its 0.25 kg
