How I Stay Motivated: I don't overtrain...workout three times a week, then only twice the next...repeat. Looking in the mirror heps.
BB Accomplishments: Now, I have 6% body fat, even after regaining 30 pounds in a single year.
This one time I dropped a dumbell and it missed my foot. Thats some uncanny skill there.

I weighed about 145 pounds...decided its time to gain more weight.  This is my back (flexed) the day after back workout...(not pumped) I'm 180 lbs right now.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Cant hear thru the din of disturbed on my MP3 player. I sometime grunt when lifting-what kind of lily-ponce question is this?

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
T-back or y-back tank. Arms need to be free while lifting--I feel like i'm back in that one-sleeved jacket for crazies if I don't.

Did 4 sets 10 Deadlifts (190#).  Then 3 sets 8 hammer curls (25#/side on paralell skull crusher bar).

Reason: Maintain high caloric intake. This brand doesn't mix well though. Resembles dry...

cheers my back workout is always heavy i just do lat pull down , bar pull up , shrugs , and end with a row and its always as heavy as i can go each time i do back i go heavier then last time even if its 0.25 kg

hi grim, I will probably go around end Nov. but it really depends on my customers' schedule. The economy is slowing due to its military coup. But the MASSAGE economy is running 24-7! HAHHAHA.
