Today's date: April 4, 2007. As I look in the mirror today, I see a body even better than before my baby's birth last year. I see a slender, attractive torso, with strong arms and long sexy legs.
I see the body fat % that I just wrote down, and I am thrilled to be back to 18% once again. I look at the belly that, just 6 months ago, was stretched out. Now, it is lean and trim again, with the light indentations of muscle showing through the slight bit of fat over it that helps retain my femininity. I smile as I say to myself, "I knew this day would come."
Just wanted to say that I was looking through old posts on the forums here and I happened to read some of yours, all of which were very well written with good points and advice (especially your posts about giving guys advice with relationships). Just wanted to say thanks for your insightful comments, hopefully you'll come back to the forums soon!
Congratulations on your pregnancy..I was just reading the rant thread and I caught that you are expecting. May your pregnancy be haelthy and uneventful and your labor short.
Tim, I think Amris is entitled to her privacy! Think I have more respect for that than someone putting it ALL out there and then complaining about the feedback. If you have the guts to "show" then you must ALSO have the guts to take what comes as a result. EVERYONE is entitled to express their opinion and EVERYONE has the CHOICE to take that opinion to heart or not!
