I have lost alot of weight over the summer, but i am still not as toned as i want to be. There is not much more weight that i can lose, so now i want to gain (Muscle). I believe i can gain a small amount of mass and still reveal my Abs.
My recent goal has been to reveal my Six Pack, but it is harder than i ever imagined. For the past couple months i have changed my diet, workout routine and overall lifestyle. When i first started the goal, i weighed 172lbs. I am now down to 149 lbs, but i still have not reached...
i wasn't a big fan of the gaspari stack. the times when i had to drink the shakes were not good at all. since i workout at night, i had to drink three shakes after 8 o clock, so it made me get up at least 3 times during the night to take a piss. couldn't get a good nights rest. i switched back to bsn.
Im doing well and training has been going great. Gonna start some new supplements on monday so im excited about that. My back continues to grow, so im very happy with the progress i am making. How about you?
