It all started when a friend asked me to workout. i trained with him for over a year...but eventually his life changed and could no longer workout with me. we motivated each other in the gym. so when he left it was a huge change for me. it took me three months to regain my motivation. But im better off now, and i think i have grown mentally. my fitness level is far better than it ever has been and it is only going to get better.
Why I Love It:
Nothing matters while I'm in the gym. I am relieved of my everyday life. the fitness gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
i feel sluggish when i dont workout...the morning workout supports my life. i love working out. theres nothing more to it. im hooked...
BB Accomplishments:
The first time I squatted 315 lbs.

Amos Mireauchanged Weight from 141 lbs. to 148 lbs., a 7 lb. gain in 113 days
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I visualize my workout, reexamine the workout...and skim through a fitness magazine or book. Lipo6 gives me energy that i need to burn. Loud music also gets me pumped.
My recent goal has been to reveal my Six Pack, but it is harder than i ever imagined. For the past couple months i have changed my diet, workout routine and overall lifestyle. When i first started the goal, i weighed 172lbs. I am now down to 149 lbs, but i still have not reached...
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allow me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
