Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tore a whatchamacallit (glenoid labrum???):P in my shoulder. It took a long time to heal and it took me 5 years to recover because of self pity.

I don't know how often you log onto this thing, but I just wanted to wish you all the best in your weightlifting goals.I know what it's like to have to come back from an inury--I'm in the middle of doing that prior to a 7 month deployment. Again, best of wishes in your goals and if you're still deployed, watch your ass and get home soon. IYAAYAS!
