Alpha Phi Alpha Founders Day Weekend

I didn't get a chance to hit the gym today, and it felt weird missing a day. But it was for a good reason. Today the Houston Area Chapters of Alpha Phi Alpha held a City Wide event for the Brothers. Tomorrow is the annual breakfast, but I am going to skip that, do my running and weight training in the morning, and meet up with the Bruhz at Stephen F. Austin University later that day for the Iota Mu Chapter Probate. I must say, it feel a little weird being asked a lot of question about what I do in the gym. I didnt think people noticed, but I guess they do. Kind of make you feel good...... :-D

Workout Update

About a month ago I updated my workout and been sticking to it like glue. I altered my chest workout to target the upper chest and middle chest (Where I needed the most work) And I like what I have seen so far. I see a lot of success with my arms, back, and shoulders also. I also throw in some HIIT when I do cardio, as well as leg presses and other leg workouts. I already have muscular legs, I just want to tone them up to show the definition in them. Dont want them too big....


 


As far as weight, Since I started Oct 3rd, I dropped from a 42 to a 38 in pants
