Posted in Working Out : Dec 01, 2011 12:42amAbout a month ago I updated my workout and been sticking to it like glue. I altered my chest workout to target the upper chest and middle chest (Where I needed the most work) And I like what I have seen so far. I see a lot of success with my arms, back, and shoulders also. I also throw in some HIIT when I do cardio, as well as leg presses and other leg workouts. I already have muscular legs, I just want to tone them up to show the definition in them. Dont want them too big....
As far as weight, Since I started Oct 3rd, I dropped from a 42 to a 38 in pants
