I want to gain about 20 lbs of muscle and loose about 10 lbs of fat and most importantly stay consistently in the game.
Goal (Long):
I have been very inconsistent with the gym. I havent worked out in about a year and a half, pretty much since I graduated high school. Its embarrassing I am weaker now than I was then and I lost my whole body completely. I want to be about 220-225 ripped as a mother. I am even willing to change my diet something I didnt do at high school even though I got some sick results. If you guys have any suggestions I will gladly take it. btw pictures comming soon!!

Okay, sorry for the delayed..but to answer your questions about the ideal weight for 6'4..hmmmm...225lbs. that's only for my own view. It is also depends on your frame, your body type.. yet, if you want to gain muscle and lean, then 225 is not soo bad. You'll be BIG! LOL! Oh, and I'm keeping my training always on top of priority, so I'm doing well. ;)

sup dawg??? glad you're enjoying the links. as for me, bro, i'm on a slow road to recovery. f'd up my shoulder and kept training. my other shoulder was over compensating and now that one is f'd too. going through some therapy now. hope to get back in the swing soon.
