I want to lower my bf % to about 10%. After that i want to stay lean and do only "clean bulking" phases. I wanna be able to see my abs all trough the year.
Description: me hitting some poses. hopefully i will have lost about 10% bodyfat when i post my next video in january 2009.
You can see that my v-shape is more like an "X" ... too much fat on the hips and you can't see my abs. hopefully this will change within the next 6 months.

haha, thanks about liking my haircut. that was actually the DAY i got my hair cut like that and it never looked like that since HAHAH!! my hair is naturally very curly. So you know about hindu squats??!?!? just doing 70 completely kicks my ass!! I love it. if i can get to 500, then i know that i'm in tip top shape!! the push-ups will be another story..... :D

Yea, I see your about where I am. I'm going to 205 and then try to bring the definition in while keeping the weight. Probably won't work but thats my plan and I'm sticking to it.
yeah I know right! She just believes in cardio and body weight exercises wich definitely help to a certain point but come on, a girl needs her weights!
