i want to lover my bodyfat to 10% or less. i figured out, that i'm not the kind of guy who can put on a lot of muscle mass so i'm sticking with my ability to get really lean.
i want to be a solid 180-190 lbns with very low bf, visible abs all through the year and veins on my shoulders.

Lol no. What I meant,I stopped my 240 lbs smithy squats and I raw squat 100lbs.Totally different.Free weights FTW !!! LOL. U gonna do gear? What is it gonna be man? Growth Hormone? Test? Sometimes when I hit the growth plateau with no gains...I really wanna do Growth Hormone.

hey mate. how u going? good here. it's nearly the end of week 3 training here. just doing weights with twists added that give a really good burn. am getting some results. from week 4, i'm gonna start a proper workout schedual. any tips? what's yours like?
Ha...bro. I can;t do 20 full pull ups in one go.I did 5 then I drop.15 seconds rest, then I jump and grab the bar.
