Started lifting with my dad at the local YMCA when I was 13 years old, 98 lbs. and benching 75 lbs. Ever since I picked up my first weight I haven't been able to stop.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment bodybuilding brings. Physically and mentally it just makes you feel GOOD!
How I Stay Motivated:
While lifting I stay motivated by listening to some heavy rock. Out of the gym I stay motivated by always striving for more.

I have been lifting continuously for 5 years. I have completely transformed my physique. Became a member of the 300 club for good quality reps, before I graduated HS, which was always a HUGE goal of mine ever since I started lifting. I have yet to hit the bodybuilding stage and compete, but will in the very near future.
Also, remaining drug-free/natural is something I'm proud of, I plan on being natural for life.
The most important thing to me is staying natural for life, while being a respected well-known bodybuilder/powerlifter not trying to win anything like the Olympia but would like to win some competitions both strength and bodybuilding in the future.

Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Caffeine and nootropics. I use them for the days I just don't feel like going.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I initially didn't work my entire body until about a year after I started. That slowed the progress of some of my other muscles that are now "lagging".
I am starting a X-Factor/Stoked stack on monday. When do you suggest I take the servings of stoked?? I workout around 3PM so does it make a difference if i take my first serving right before my workout??

Hey man, Lobliner said that after 2-4 weeks your body adjusts to the diet and you get into a fat burning zone. When did you really start to SEE the changes.
Hey man, happy new years! I started The Game Over Cut Diet last Thursday, dropped from 234 to 228 already, I'm tracking my fat loss and stuff at another site, have not cheated even over the holiday, your results were very inspiring, I'm going for single digit body fat % by May! If there is anything you'd like to add about the diet that you think is important let me know!
