When I Started:

How I Started:
I used to lift when I was in high school and my first two years of college. I really enjoyed it but just kinda fell off the deep end and never got back into it. Now I'm deployed to Afghanistan for a year and there's literally nothing to do after work so I figured why not get back into it and see how much of a transformation I can make. I love the charts this site provides so you can track your progress!
Why I Love It:
Weight lifting is personal. You're the only one that can get yourself up at 0500 to do it... YOU are 100% responsible for the results that you earn. It's a personal commitment to bettering yourself and the only limiting factor is how hard can you push yourself both physically and mentally. Push the envelope, find the edge, and bust through that concrete wall head first. HOOAH!
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting started and in a routine was the first of many to come...
