Weighing in at around 438lbs sometimes last year, suffering from hypertension stage two (Around 180/140 blood pressure), boarderlining on being diagnoised with diabeties, suffering from breathing related problems from weight, bad sleep habits. I decided things needed to change, me and my brother, both took up the challenge. Throwing it down infront of each other in our own little weight loss competition. The results have been fantastic, but i'm still not done with my change. I want to get down to 220lbs at first, and see if i'm happy with how things are, Likely i'll try and get down to 170lbs and then bulk it back up with musclee. Hoping one day to achieve the body i've always desired.

Well was starting my 2nd leg of weight loss today, was going to at least have a weigh in. But apparently my scale no longer works, ugh. (can scales commit suicide?!) XL-550 you served me well *sniff*. So here are my measurements (assuming i did them all correctly) so i can at least have them...
dont forget to keep updated on the workout progress good luck and always keep that goal in the back of your mind and it will show up before you know it

same here, man. my stuff was incredibly dreadful to get through today. but being how i am, i did my stuff, regardless. /m\
the sun is great but kinda makes me feel bad sometimes. haha... looking @ perfect bodies in their little outfits & what not; y'know what i mean? but we'll get there, eventually! =)
w00t! as you're losing the fat, are you getting excited about noticing new grooves? that was the coolest thing for me: rediscovering human anatomy on my body.
& it's still the case, as i'm still losing the last bit. my lower back dimples are finally starting to come in. i almost teared up; i was so excited! i haven't seen those since i was 16!
also, update your motivation level. =O
