I know how you feel, when I quit football I didn't train for a few months, but I got back into it! you live in orlando that's my favorite place to go for vacation! I was actually gonna go down this december for winter vacation so I will see how that goes. keep up what you are doing!

hey beshara thanks for the pic comments, how are you? I have a question about True Mass... I began taking 2 scoops after workouts, you think I should start with 2 scoops then move up to 3 scoops? thanks ahead of time!

hmmm ouch, sorry to hear that. 40-50 lbs on your back does sound grueling. I would def like to see this push up pyramid workout. thank you for asking! :D
