I want to get into fitness modeling since I am at a good age to start and want to make some $$. My other goals are to bench 205, get my arms 15 inches, legs 21 inches and my calves ATLEAST 14 inches if not 13.5 is fine
Goal (Long):
All my life I have had small calves, it ruins the look of my lower body. I want to have bigger calves by the summer. I want to be able to bench 205 once by the summer. Also I want to get my triceps bigger and try to widen my shoulders.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

honestly man start carrying a fully loaded backpack with you or gym bag with you wherever you go and in a few months you will have traps and shoulders like mine. as for actual gym training I do lots of shoulder pull downs and military presses and kick butt pushup pyramid program. I can share it with you if you like . It would be my pleasure
