Fit Status:
Yep, that's right. It is GO TIME!!!!!
Motivation Level: 10/10
Personal Info And Background:
Real Name:
just call me Mrs. Passini!
Sex:
Female
Age:
Location:
Texas, United States
Occupation:
happily married woman! NASM CPT & Corrective Exercise Specialist
When my husband became a personal trainer, he took my body fat--Yikes! 26.5% and 128 lbs--I was in shock. This was June 2006. That in conjunction with my horrible diet motivated me to become a future fitness model and figure competitor! I am now 13% body fat and 113 lbs.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing weights around! There is no better feeling than knowing you can lift more than the guys you work out next to! Muscles are beautiful--period! Ever had a dream that you had the perfect body? One you see in magazines, all photshoped and pristine? Well, now I have that--sans the photoshop!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just trying to keep up with my husband, that keeps me motivated. The desire to be the best at what I do. Being more vascular than most men amazes, yet freaks me out. All the ooos, ahs, and everything inbetween. Winning my first competition--the prospect of competing at a national level--I WANT 1st!
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting more than most guys can;) Winning my first figure competition--NPC Texas Shredder Classic 2008. Watch out ladies, I'm bringin the heat!
Becoming the amateur fitness competitor of the week! http://www.bodybuilders.com/fitness.htm

Thank you girl! Yes, actually I wanna compete in the summer 2010, but we'll see... I am having trouble leaning out my legs though! Its so frustrating! Ive been doing alot of plyo in between my legs excercises, and I use moderate wt, high reps. Any recommendations? I was thinking maybe I should add a little more cardio.
