Ok, so I have been trying to gain weight, and I have gone in the wrong directions. I lost weight. I work outside at Lowes home improvement center but other than that I do not do anything other lift and sleep. I eat 3 to 4 meals a day bringing in a lil under 4000 calories. Please help! Tips or...
