I love playing soccer, working out, and i like running(occassionaly beating someone in a race doesn't feel too bad either).

Make sure you have your massbuilding supplements like Mass-Tech and Cell-Tech Hardcore and then try to eat at least 6 times a day and workout 4 x a week. Make sure you also give your body enough rest.

I do the HIIT style cardio training, about 20 minutes, 4X per week. Mostly it's the strict diet that gets me lean though.

For me the key is diet. Keeping protein high, fats moderate and carbohydrates on the low end. I get most of my carbs through green vegetables. My routine stays the same, the only difference is my diet.
