I wanna grow more powerful legs and more endurance for soccer and my gymrat lifestyle and I wanna get super ripped.
Goal (Long):
I wanna be fit for life. Get shreded and gain some mass. I've been thinking about having "fit till I die" put on my tombstone. For soccer I want to take my skills to the next level. I want to be the best on the field. I want to reach the pros and become elite, travel the U.S., the world. I want to play against proffesionals like Beckham, Wayne Rooney, Ronaldinho, Kaka, Messi, and Cristiano Ronaldo. I want to play against them and show the world I can hang with them if not defeat them on the battlefield. I want to live the dream.
but i do have equipment at home bt i want to go gym to work on the neglected places becouse they have better equipment for that area and then work on the easy areas such as biceps at home
Haha yes hack squats are useful for legs. However, I've been doing them for so long and went heavy for so long on them, my knees no longer agree with them. I stick to front squats now religiously. Either way, squat in some form or fashion and don't look back.
What are you trying to say by your comment? heh.. It keeps me motivated, inspires me, & keeps me "around" people focused on similar goals. I dont have a lot of people around me who incorporate fitness into their everyday lives. This is a place where I can develop, share my progress, get feedback, inquire information, & do the same for others in return.
I posted what I did for abs in my pic, 2 moves that's it but they are tough. Back is wide grip pullups, close grip pullups, barbell bent over row, seated row, deadlifts, stiff-legged deadlifts - some of these are more for the lower back. All should probably be done.
