Make sure you have your massbuilding supplements like Mass-Tech and Cell-Tech Hardcore and then try to eat at least 6 times a day and workout 4 x a week. Make sure you also give your body enough rest.

Thanks for accepting! Great results of your training! Your muscles look huge, defined and solid! Speacially pecs, back, ABS, quads and arms! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?

I do the HIIT style cardio training, about 20 minutes, 4X per week. Mostly it's the strict diet that gets me lean though.

For me the key is diet. Keeping protein high, fats moderate and carbohydrates on the low end. I get most of my carbs through green vegetables. My routine stays the same, the only difference is my diet.
