Overall Goal:  I am aiming to lose my wobbly bits and replace them with tight, toned gorgeousness. I want to be able to lift myself my own body weight again and wear a bikini for the first time.

How I Started:
I was fed up of putting on clothes and seeing hangovers and saddle bags, Walking and feeling like I'm made of concrete, Feeling tired all the time and not being able to lift myself anymore. I went to the local park where they had installed a new climbing rope jungle thing as it was so big adults can climb it too but not me I could hardly pull myself very embarrassing
Why I Love It:
I love that satisfying feeling after a work out and the energized feeling I get from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing everyones before and after pictures really lights a fire under my arse also seeing myself in the mirror with all those wobbly bits knowing that I cannot have the shape I would like in my clothes is a BIG push for me.

I'm so freaking fed up of Aunt Flow coming to visit me every month specially this month making my stats look bad by giving me water weight, putting me in pain, making me moody and tired all the time my gosh what a b***ch... haha
