How I Started:
I just started working out on 5/7/07, and I am struggling!!!!
Why I Love It:
When I work out, I get a sense of accomplishment and well-being, and I know all my hard work will pay off if I work my hardest.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at my "before" pics (posted--I know, gross)that I took recently, and saying to myself how dissatisfied I am with my 2-year weight gain. I also think about having a better quality of life, not only for myself, but for my baby boy.

Goal (Long):
After the birth of my son (almost 3 years ago)I have not been able to lose the weight that I have continually put on. I have such an intense craving for sweets that this has been a long, arduous road for me. I am not really into bodybuilding as a hobby, but I came to this site so I could learn how to lose weight and build muscle, and to gain some insight on weight lifting. I hope to lose around 40-45 pounds by September, and I am more motivated than ever! I plan to work out 6 days a week, incorporating a mixture of weight training, intense cardio, and some pilates for relaxation. Any tips you guys may have for me is greatly appreciated, because not only do I want to lose weight, I want to get a little ripped too!

Amberlina Baby where have you been. Come on girl! Now that we are hours away from 08 and you'll probably be reading this after not logging in since october and only (and I a guessing here) because it's the start of a new year and you want to get back on that fitness horse and obtain them goal by mid year and look as you want by year end. You got in you so do it! Happy New Year beautiful.
Think about it not as a temporal thing ,think about it as a life style. Then take it one step at the time and i am sure the final results are gonna be just incredible. KEEP IT UP
