Clean it up!
I eat 6 times daily.. all clean all high protein all low sugars and carbs (aside from pre and post workout). Lots of vegetables and vitamins..
If you can make it with simple ingredients do that.. fewer/no preservatives and nonsense fillers and junk. If your cant pronounce it on the label chances are you don't need it.
