I change it up all of the time!
My routine changes every four weeks. I lift 4-5 times a week working muscle groups in supersets so I'm never resting for too long. I do a fast functional workout a week and I do cardio of all sorts at least 5 times a week. Throw in some volleyball and that's a typical week for me.

I eat oats or an egg dish for breakfast. I have an interesting salad everyday for lunch. I eat meat, veggies, and lots of greens for dinner. I have a protein shake after working out that is packed full of nutrients from frozen kale and berries. I snack on fruit, dried fruit, nuts, yogurt, and cheese sometimes and try to limit grains and sugars as much as possible but still give into it at times so I don't end up going binge crazy one day.
